Make sure you get yourself on a town tour while you're at the Ridge. You're about to trawl through the weirdest places imaginable.

They'll get you underground quick smart and start showing you what life for the miners is like.
It's a guided tour. Boff's in the lead.
Where do we sign up?
Sisters get into the swing of things as only die hard Lightning Ridge miners can.
A little retail therapy on hand as you exit the mine. Funny that.
OK ... let's see what this place is all about.

Scenes, calm and crazy, of downtown Lightning Ridge ...
Returning to the airstrip next morning, we find Mama Bear & Baby Bear still waiting patiently to head off to our next destination. Thanks Lightning Ridge, we'll be back!
